TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking with Reset & Refresh Cleaning, you agree to the following:

BOOKING & DEPOSITS
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
• Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
• Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received.

PAYMENT
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• Reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before appointment may transfer the deposit to a new date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows forfeit the deposit.

SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
• Pricing is based on estimated time and home condition. Additional time, excessive buildup, or extra requests may increase final pricing.
• Clients are asked to provide safe access to the home and secure pets when possible.

SATISFACTION POLICY
• If you are unhappy with an area cleaned, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so reasonable corrections can be discussed.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
• Service may be refused or ended due to unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, hazardous materials, infestation concerns, or conditions outside normal cleaning scope.

PHOTO CONSENT
• Before-and-after photos will only be taken and shared with client permission.

By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
